Whether you’re applying for funding or recruiting new volunteers, it’s essential that your organisation has strong, clear plans in place. Stayin’ Alive! Planning for Sustainability is a back-to-basics workshop which looks at different streams of planning that are crucial for cultural organisations: strategic planning, business planning and volunteer recruitment/succession planning.

Including case studies and a practical breakout session, this day is a must for all museums and galleries looking to carry their organisation successfully into the future.

 

When: September 9, 10am-4:00pm

Where: Museum of the Riverina, Wagga Wagga

Fee: $65 full price$45 concession (Students, pensioners, museum/gallery volunteers)

Includes: Morning tea and lunch

If you want help covering the costs associated with attending this event, contact Phoebe Arthur, Sector Development Coordinator about M&G NSW’s Leg-Up Grants. Volunteer managed museums in NSW are eligible to apply for grants covering 50% of costs, up to $500.
