This program commenced in 2005. Museum Advisor Joan Kelly is currently finalising a Memorandum of Understanding between the Lismore Regional Museum and the council and developing a strategic plan for the long term needs of the collection and the museum site.

 

The program has provided support to the museum in developing a number of exhibitions on key local themes. Including the local Lighthorse regiment and local Aboriginal sports people Goories at Play (to coincide with a major Indigenous football carnival).
