Commenced in 2007, the current Advisor Desmond Kennard, provides support to five volunteer managed heritage organisations in the local government area with support to a wider group of museums through the Goulburn and Regions Museum Network. The program aims to develop a strategic overview of Goulburn Mulwaree’s heritage sector identifying the needs of each museum and identifying future planning priorities.

 

 

In 2009, Desmond Kennard focused on the redevelopment of the St Clair Museum and archive site following on from significance and preservation needs assessments. Discussions are underway about the redevelopment of the War Memorial Museum and the development of a new museum at Marulan.
