Commencing in 2008 with Advisor Zoe Scott, the major focus of the program’s first year was to investigate the type of museum best suited for Cowra. Current Advisor, Richard Wesley, is now continuing the analysis of existing collections in terms of their significance and future management, undertaking community consultation and assessing potential models. The training needs of museum volunteers will also be addressed through the program.
