Project Assistant, Australian National Maritime Museum

 

Clare Power is from the Australian National Maritime Museum, Darling Harbour. She has been administering the Australian museum’s ‘Maritime Museums of Australia Project Support Scheme’ for the last 4.5 years and has seen interest in the program more than double during this time. Last year’s round of grants saw them increase up to $10,000. The museum takes a broad view of maritime heritage and Clare is keen to see this reflected in the diversity of applications. Prior to joining the museum, Clare worked in public relations and marketing across the luxury goods industry.
