By agreeing to use the Consultant’s Register I release and indemnify M&G NSW from all liability including but without limitation, property and personal damage, howsoever caused, that may arise upon the referral by M&G NSW of Consultants in the Register. I understand that M&G NSW is not an employment agency, is not acting as an agent for either the users of the Consultants Register or the Consultants, and that the Consultants Register is an information referral service only.

For consultants

I consent for my Consultant Profile (and any material provided by me including but without limitation logos and photographs) to be listed in the Consultants Register on the M&G NSW website if my application is successful.

I warrant that the information and details I provide to M&G NSW are true and correct. I warrant that the information and any material (including but without limitation to logos and photographs) provided by me are cleared as necessary for publication in the Consultants Register. I understand that I give my name (and any other material) at my own risk. I release and indemnify M&G NSW from all liability including but without limitation property and personal damage, howsoever caused, that may arise upon the referral by M&G NSW of my details to users of the Consultants Register and/or inclusion in the Online Consultants Register database. M&G NSW accepts no responsibility for any loss or damage (including consequential and indirect loss or damage) arising directly or indirectly out of the provision of your information and material in the Consultants Register, including but without limitation (a) any arrangement, agreement, contract or working relationship established through the Consultants Register and (b) any negligence on the part of M&G NSW.

I understand that M&G NSW is not an employment agency, is not acting as an agent for either the users of the Consultants Register or the Consultants, and that the Consultants Register is an information referral service only. I understand that, by including my name (and any other material) in the Consultants Register, M&G NSW is not endorsing my qualifications or expertise. I understand that no guarantee is given that employment or business will be given as a result of my profile being referred. To the maximum extent permitted by law, M&G NSW does not give any warranties in relation to the Consultants Register.

I understand that M&G NSW may withdraw my name and details from the Consultants Register, and the website, at its discretion at any time. I understand that M&G NSW reserves the right to edit my material for publication.
