M&G NSW Skills Initiative Grants expended!

M&G NSW are pleased to announce that we have now fully expended the funds for the 2010 Skills Initiative Grant Program, and thus are unable to accept any more applications this year. Skills Initiative grants supported this year include:

 

  • Museums Australia - Mid North Coast Chapter, provided a Significance workshop for volunteer museums on the Mid North Coast
  • Museums Australia - Lachlan Chapter, assisting with funding the highly successful Working Spaces 4 practical conference for Museum volunteers
  • Eden Killer Whale Museum - provided a 3 day workshop on MOSAiC training for 10 volunteers from museums in the South East region
  • Museums Australia - Southern Highlands & Illawarra Chapter - provided a 3 day workshop on MOSAiC training for museums in the Southern Highlands & Illawarra region

 

VIM Skills Initiatives Grants provide funding to volunteer museums, museum networks and Keeping Places for regional or state focused skill development training and networking events. Please contact Phoebe Arthur to discuss potential projects for funding in 2011.
