2010 Leg Up Skills Development Grants Expended

M&G NSW are pleased to announce that we have now fully expended the funds for the 2010 Leg Up Skills Development Grant Program, and thus are unable to accept any more applications this year.
Leg up Skills Development Grants supported this year include:
- A Paper conservation workshop in the Far North Coast
- Attendance at the Working Spaces 4 conference in Galong
- Training in the Collection Management system MOSAic
- A visit to Hawkesbury Museum by members of the Hunters Hill museum
- Attendance at the Can You Handle It workshop at the AustralianMuseum
- Aboriginal Tour Guide Training
- Attendance at the workshop Going the Distance: Planning for Sustainability in Eden
Leg Ups are quick response skill development grants for workers in volunteer managed museums throughout NSW. These grants fund various skill development projects including hosting or attending workshops, conferences or seminars in NSW, in addition to networking activities.
