The Volunteer Initiated Museum (VIM) Grant Program provides assistance to volunteer-initiated community museums and keeping places in NSW. This Grants Program encourages museum volunteers to build their skills and confidence in both project management and grant applications, by undertaking progressively more complex projects and ultimately addressing the sustainability of their museums.

Round 2 VIM Small Grants and VIM Development Project Grants will be open for applications soon!

 

Applications are invited for Leg Ups – Skill Development Grants (matched funding up to $500) and VIM Skills Initiatives Grants (funding up to $5,000).

 

Application Closing dates:

  • Applications for VIM Small Grants close: Friday 16 October
  • Applications for VIM Development Project Grants close: Friday 16 October
  • Applications for VIM Leg Ups – Skill Development Grants and VIM Skills Initiatives Grants are open all year, or until funds are expended.
