The M&G NSW Mentorship & Fellowship Grant Program provides an exciting opportunity for paid staff from regional and remote museums and galleries in NSW to access expertise and programs in state/national/international cultural institutions for the purpose of professional development.

 

Managed by M&G NSW and funded by Arts NSW, the program provides professional staff with an opportunity to extend their knowledge, enhance their skill levels and increase their networking base through access to the resources and staff of larger cultural institutions.

 

Applications for the 2010 Mentorship Grant Program are now open!

 

For 2010, two open museum mentorships and two open gallery mentorships will be offered. M&G NSW has also compiled a shortlist of suggestions for host venues to assist applicants. The Mentorship Program for museums and galleries is open to paid staff from regional museums and galleries in NSW and is suitable for mid-level or emerging personnel. It is managed by Museums & Galleries NSW and funded by Arts NSW for focus area placements which will expand their professional skills and knowledge.

 

Amount Available: Up to $2,500 per Mentorship
