As a champion for the museum and galleries sector the advocacy role undertaken by M&G NSW is integral to our programs and services.

 

Over the past ten years M&G NSW has established and strengthened its relationship with all levels of government, with organisations working with the cultural sector, and with metropolitan and regional communities.

 

Through the formation of strategic partnerships and alliances with other agencies, membership organisations and government bodies, M&G NSW provides a respected voice for the sector advocating the value of museums and galleries throughout NSW and beyond.

 

The scope and depth of the advocacy program continues to expand as M&G NSW strengthens its profile within the wider cultural community, throughout all levels of government, and with the general public.
